Lenstrack Warranty Policy

Lenstrack is committed to providing quality eyewear with reliable warranty coverage to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects for frames and lenses, offering peace of mind for your purchases.

1. Frame Warranty

1-Year Warranty

Lenstrack offers a 1-year warranty on all Lenstrack Alfa, Advanced, and Luxury Line eyeglasses, as well as other national and international brands. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as issues with hinges, welding, or material integrity and structural integrity.

6-Month Warranty

Lenstrack Essentials and Lensnut eyeglasses are covered by a 6-month warranty, which includes manufacturing defects like faulty hinges or issues with material integrity and structural integrity.

Coverage Details

  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, including issues with hinges, welding, frame structure, and material integrity. The warranty ensures that any faults due to manufacturing processes are addressed.

  • What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches due to improper care, misuse, unauthorized repairs, discoloration, or damage resulting from mishandling or exposure to extreme conditions.

2. Lens Warranty

Anti-Glare & Anti-Reflective Coatings

Lenses with anti-glare or anti-reflective coatings are covered for 6 months against coating defects, such as peeling or cracking of the coating. This warranty ensures that the visual clarity provided by the coating is maintained.

Scratch Resistance

Lenses come with a 6-month scratch resistance warranty. While the lenses are scratch-resistant, they are not entirely scratch-proof. Proper care must be taken to avoid scratches, such as storing glasses in their case when not in use and cleaning them with a microfiber cloth.

Bluecut & Progressive Lenses

Bluecut lenses come with a 1-year warranty against coating defects, while progressive lenses are covered by a 6-month adaptation warranty, ensuring comfort and compatibility for first-time users.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Claiming Warranty

To claim the warranty, customers need to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Claims can be processed at any Lenstrack store or by contacting our customer care via care@lenstrack.com or WhatsApp 7415474155 for online purchases. Our team will guide you through the process and assist in arranging an inspection of the product.

Inspection

All warranty claims will be inspected by our technical team to determine the nature of the defect. If the defect falls under warranty coverage, we will either repair or replace the defective part or product.

4. Warranty Limitations

Replacement Policy

If the same frame or lens model is not available, Lenstrack reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent value. We strive to provide the best possible replacement, ensuring that it matches the quality and style of the original product.

Non-Transferable

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any product that has undergone unauthorized modifications or repairs will void the warranty coverage.

5. Additional Care Tips

Proper Handling

To maintain the longevity of your eyeglasses, always handle them with both hands to avoid stress on the frame and hinges.

Storage

Store your eyeglasses in a protective case when not in use to prevent accidental damage or exposure to extreme temperatures.

Cleaning

Clean lenses with a microfiber cloth and avoid using abrasive materials. For coated lenses, use a lens-friendly cleaning solution to prevent damage to the coatings.

At Lenstrack, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure you enjoy a worry-free experience with our eyewear products. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please reach out to our customer care team for support.
