Lenstrack Return and Exchange Policy

At Lenstrack, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Eyeglasses and Sunglasses: Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
  • Contact Lenses: Returns are accepted within 7 days if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at care@lenstrack.com or log into your account on our website.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or you may drop it at one of our stores.

3. Refund Options

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return approval.
  • You can also opt for store credit for future purchases.

4. Conditions

  • Items purchased on promotions (e.g., Buy One Get One) or with visible damage may not be refunded but may be eligible for exchange.
  • Prescription Glasses: We'll replace defective or incorrect prescriptions.

5. Free Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for a free return.

6. Exclusions

  • Customized products, including prescription lenses, are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Clearance sale items are final and cannot be returned.

7. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange products for a different model, subject to price differences and eligibility under the return policy.
