At Lenstrack, we value your trust and strive to provide exceptional care for your eyewear. With our CarePlus Protection Plan, every customer receives one year of accidental damage protection on their spectacles, ensuring peace of mind and affordable solutions when accidents happen.


Coverage Details

1. Frames:

  • Within the First 6 Months:
    If your frame, valued at ₹1,000, sustains accidental damage, you pay only ₹333 for a replacement for inhouse brands & for international brands 600 for pair replacement.
  • Between 6 to 12 Months:
    For accidental damage during this period, the replacement cost is ₹500 for inhouse products &  for international brands ₹750 for fresh replacement.

2. Lenses:

  • Within the First 6 Months:
    For lenses valued at ₹1,000, accidental damage replacement is available at ₹500 for inhouse lenses & for  or international brands ₹600 for fresh pair replacement.
  • Between 6 to 12 Months:
    The replacement cost for accidental damage is ₹666 for inhouse lenses & for  or international brands ₹750 for fresh pair replacement.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The CarePlus Protection Plan is automatically included with every eyewear purchase from Lenstrack.
  2. Coverage Period:

    • Coverage begins from the date of purchase and is valid for one year.
  3. Accidental Damage Definition:

    • The plan covers unintentional damage to frames and lenses. It does not cover:
      • Loss or theft of eyewear.
      • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
      • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
  4. Replacement Process:

    • To avail of the replacement, please:
      • Visit any Lenstrack store with the damaged product.
      • Provide the original proof of purchase.
      • Pay the applicable replacement fee based on the elapsed coverage period.
  5. Limitations:

    • Each customer is entitled to one replacement per component (frame or lenses) under this plan.
  6. Exclusions:

    • This plan does not cover intentional damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party repairs.

How to Claim Your CarePlus Protection

  1. Bring your damaged spectacles to any Lenstrack store.
  2. Present your original proof of purchase for verification.
  3. Pay the applicable fee based on the time of damage:
    • Frames: As Per the CarePlus Protection Plan Calculation.
    • Lenses:  As Per the CarePlus Protection Plan Calculation.
  4. Receive your replacement at the earliest.
